What is POPIA?
Your privacy, protected by South African law.
The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA, Act 4 of 2013) is South Africa's data protection law. It gives you the right to decide how your personal information is collected, stored and used, and the right to tell any organisation to stop.
Why a suppression list?
We honour your choice, permanently.
We maintain an internal suppression list so that once you ask to be left alone, we can't accidentally contact you again, even if your details come in through a new enquiry, partnership, or referral. It's how we make sure your decision is respected across every team and every channel.
Our promise to you.
Your suppression request will never be used for marketing. It will not trigger a follow-up, a discount, a re-engagement sequence, or a sales call. The only people who see it are the few staff who maintain the list, and it's there to make sure we never contact you again.
What happens next
Simple, and confirmed.

- We add you to our internal suppression list within 5 business days.
- You receive a confirmation email acknowledging the request and the date it was processed.
- From that point on, you won't receive any marketing from us. If anything slips through, just reply to it and we'll escalate immediately.
